Candidature: 18 months
Study Workload: Estimated 5.5 hours per week over an 18 month period, although it is possible to finish in a shorter period.
Entry Requirements: No prior qualifications are necessary, however minimum of Year 10 numeracy and literacy is required to demonstrate competencies. Would assist in learning if participant was currently employed in a supervisory role.

Employability Skills: Employability Skills for each qualification have been determined by the Department of Education, Employment and Workforce Relations (DEEWR). These are the recommended skills identified to gain employment, establish an enterprise, for career progression, to expand employment capability and to achieve individual potential and contribute to organisational strategic outcomes.
